Stupid me: just submitted the online application in a rush then I realized that I did not complete Form5645 (Family Information) as instructed.
1st, I only filled in with English, not with my native language Chinese as well.
2nd, I did not sign at the end.
Basically I treated it as the application form and thought that I do not need to sign. Apparently I was completely wrong.
Went back to the online account and apparently I have to wait for them to request additional material, I guess.
We are going to an Alaska cruise on 7/26. I am applying in US. Now I am not sure whether we can make it with the foreseeable delay due to my own mistake
Any advise, esp. with similar experience?
