Form IMM5257

I am applying for temporary working visa and I have been sent a message from MyCIC that I need to provide my whereabouts for the last 9 years by clicking on the IMM557 link in the pdf. But the link doesn't work even though I have Adobe 10. The deadline is the 25th January to submit this information and although I have reported this issue via MyCIC account, the message is that they will respond with 28 working days. Help would be much appreciated.

Yes, I tried that but it won't work on the link in the message

I have Adobe 10 and have tried it both on a PC and MAC

This one works for me following the instructions precisely right clicking in the page to save as to a folder then open the file in the folder.

What I asm finding is the the PDF Form Fillers are not opening in any browser today. IE, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. I tried this on a MAC and a Windows machine.

What finally worked after 4 hours of trying and almost giving up is:

1. Download the latest Adobe Reader DC (for document cloud)
2. Login to Adobe using the Chrome Gmail id for the document cloud
(https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ ...)
3. Download the file to your computer (| i downloaded the 'Please Wait...' pdf assuming the links are hidden)
4. Open in Adobe Reader App

you should get tehimm5257b_1.pdf (secured) file open with the form filler and proper files. I also see the Validate button on top now.

Will fill and post on how it goes...
