This form must be signed by the biological father and a notary as the witness. The father is Spanish and does not speak English. He will not sign the English version of this form. Is there another way? Or can we do the form in Spanish and then get a certified translation afterwards?
My husband is dominican and the mother of his son doesnt speak english either -- the notary where they went translated the document for her verbally and she signed it. perhaps look to see if there is a service as such where they are
You need to sign in English.. find a notary that can translate to ex whilst signing
