Form for Goods to follow

I am landing to Canada this weekend, and I want to fill form for

-goods I am carrying
-goods to follow

I have tried couple of links for form but getting form B4 E (08)

Can I use same form for both purposes?

Look in the middle of the form. See the check box for Goods to Follow? Well for the GTF you check yes, and voila, the B4 becomes the GTF list. Use the B4A as a continuation for both GTF and GIP
