We are little bit confused which from to be filed for our new baby.
As per email it should be: Page 2 of IMM8 with details of the baby, there are three dif forms, one is IMM8(10-2011) schedule 3 and other one is IMM8 ( 02-2012)E and one more IMM8DEP(07-2011)E.
