and if possible try to reach consultant and ask them for application they filled as they have record of each client so they will surely give you so you will aware what they fill not sure about GCMS notes work for work type visa or not @Bryanna can assist you best in this Good Luck

1. Did you sign the 'Use of Representative' form to appoint your immigration consultant?
2. You should always read any document/form before you sign it. The same is true for your visa application form.
3. You can order case notes (either a relative/friend who lives in Canada can order on your behalf or you'll need to Google for a service provider) + there's an option to order a copy of the application that was submitted
