i am sponsoring my new born kid. i have a question regarding form 5481. In the question Previous undertaking do i mention my wife ? we applied together in economic class and she is a PR. Does it mean i sponsored her or do i mention her just in the spouse column ? So in my case i have entered total 3 persons after adding 4,5,6. am i correct here ? many thanks for your help
