I have question regarding foriegn work experience
I got invitation and claim point for that but I dont have pay stubs because I got salary in cash which is mentioned in experience letter
Does that work ?
depends on weather or not they find enough information. they may ask for some sort of tax document in some cases. call cic and see what they have to say.
you can put in all of that in letter of explanation, but it will depend on visa officer in the end. you can put in company's CIN(all companies have this and is generally easily available on lot of websites in google search). it will be registered with record of companies (in India) where they find information about companies. this will make your case a bit stronger. and than we can hope for the best!
I believe in india from 2008 each company started doing direct deposit the salary. Now a days no company is giving salary in cash and i know your experience is genuine but the chances are less to believe you . If i am in your position I would decline the invitation and apply under CEC. You will be fine with 1 year canadian experience. Keep this experience in private section and you dont have to show any proof. I would recommend dont take any chances but at the end its upto you
I have applied in CEC , I already have 1 year of canadian experience but now I am declining my invitation and giving IELTS exam again to improve score and not showing this foreign experience.
Is it bad impression if we decline ITA?
only problem would be you lose money if your exp is genuine but cannot prove it.. but 429 sure is good score. you can wait a bit here, you will get on next year!
