I submitted BOWP application yesterday morning, but forgot to upload my current work permit. No application number yet.

Would the application be rejected? I have submitted all other documents.

Would IRCC take several weeks to reject an incomplete application? I'm a bit anxious because my work permit will expire in one month.

Can I upload my document via webform before I get an application number?
