Forgot to include imm 5556 document checklist on work permit renew

HI everyone I'm sponsoring my husband inland aND we got the first stage approval and they told us we can renew his work permit now we sent the renewal application already but forgot to include the documentire checklist is there gonna be an issue should I send a separate one?thanks in advance

As I remember, the checklist does not have to be signed, correct? You could send it via email. Send in a case-specific enquiry with a scanned version of the document. Make sure you put his UCI number and an explanation of why you are sending it.
