FORGOT MY SOP!

PLEASE HELP!

Good day, everyone,

About two months ago, on 2nd October, 2022 to be precise, I submitted my online application, but did not include my Statement of Purpose based on the information I had then that a request would be made for it separately later on. But new information came to light that a request may not be made for it after all and I stand the risk of losing my visa approval as a result.

Meanwhile my application changed to “we do not need additional documents” on Friday 18th November, 2022.

So, I was advised to submit my SOP via webform (case enquiry) on 20th November, 2022.

Please my major concern now is that, do I still have a chance? Can the webform help in this case? Will IRCC still request for it?

I look forward to a timely and helpful response.

Well, SOP isn’t integral but uploading it really helps you get thru. For safer side upload it via webform to the concerned VO. However, i have seen only a few files being approved without it.

Thanks for your response. But I’ve submitted it on webform since 20th of this month.
My only concern is if it can still meet up and my application will not be judged without the SOP.

If you application is self explanatory and your documentation is clear without any backlogs or anything that needs justification you are likely to get the positive response.

My first application was refused. I forget my SOP too. It was refused within 45 days. So I believe in your case its positive. Rest depends upon your whole application package u applied with

But were you requested to do Medical in your first application? Mine is more than 45 days. It’s 56 days already since I submitted.

Let me tell you that I’ve submitted the SOP through webform since 20th of this month as well.
