I forgot to upload the 2nd page of my upfront medical exam. I uploaded the first page which contains my UMI number and my details. However, the 2nd page contains the tests which I forgot to upload. What should I do? I applied for PR
 
The UMI number is enough for the IRCC agent to fetch your medical details. But why take a risk?

Send them the complete scan of both pages in a single pdf file via web form immediately, with an explanation.
