Hi, I am a medical specialist currently working in Canada. I received the ITA on Feb 13th draw. My CRS score was 454.
In my application I mentioned my foreign work experience of 7 years. (out of which 6 years I was doing my specialist education in India- I was getting paid from the govt and I was filing ITR each year). This gave me additional 10 points instead of just 1 year of foreign experience. I have the necessary documents from the hospital to show that.
Although, i have never mentioned this education as work experience in my previous work permit/visa forms. I don't have ECA for this 6 years education as well. What are my options here?

Hi Indian bro.. with the latest draw you need only 75 points it means: showing only your last year in Canada and your English level should be enough. I don't think they will care about the rest.
Hey, thanks man. That was fast. I read about this in few forums. I can be wrong about this, but I think they will still go through whole application to see the genuineness of the applicant.
the officer will asses whether:
1) you meet the minimum entry criteria of the program you were invited in
2) have provided evidence to support the points you claimed.
Accordingly, officers should refuse an application under section A11.2 if it is determined that

If you decide to remove your foreign work experience, make sure you still meet the MEC and still above cut off (75).
