I have a question about wheather my foreign work experience counts for CRS and accepted by IRCC. I have a company in my home country which works for a foreign company for 1+years. I wonder if this comes under self employment? In case yes/no, does it count as foreign work experience category? I believe this should not come as self employed since I'm working as a paid consultant for another foreign company. Please let me know your thoughts or experiences. Thanks.
You can be self employed and apply. Attached is the list of mandatory documents required for proof of employment. If not self employed, you need your NOC and responsibilities signed on company letterhead with your hours and salary.
