foreign work experience ??

I am extremely confused about what actually a foreign work experience is. As far as I think it is an experience which we get from outside of our home country. But some says it doesn't matter and here foreign means anywhere outside of Canada. Please reply with true details. Thanks ??? ???

Thanks for reply. but why don't they say it just work experience? since Canadian work experience have separate section....

Because Foreign Experience may includes multiple countries.

For example , many of us worked in 2-3 different countries before coming to CANADA. So they have to include 2 countries experiences under Foreign Experience. Another entry under CANADA.
