My application is currently in progress under CEC. For my previous foreign work experience, I have attached confirmation of employment from employer that was issued in 2020. My question is do my employment letter needs to be recent dated for claiming previous work experience ?

So if you are on visitor records residing inside Canada and work for foreign employer getting paid in foreign country and have tax documents, can you claims points for foreign work experience under CEC or FSW?
