I am applying to Express Entry through CEC. I already have 1 year of work experience in Canada, but to increase my chances of getting an ITA I will need to add my previous experience in my home country. I have a year of experience in my family business (which falls into an existent NOC category), however, I will not be able to provide pay slips as I was receiving a sporadic cash salary. I was working there mainly to help my family, so I did not request a steady salary. However, I am afraid to submit this work experience in my application, as I don't want the IRCC to think I am faking this job. What can I do? An official contract would be enough?

If you weren't being paid a regular salary then I would avoid including this as work experience. Work experience must be paid. That is a basic requirement.
