Hi,
I have been working as a lecturer in University for 3 years and being paid for course that I taught. I do have official contract with the university for the courses I taught which is different for each semester. sometimes it is the maximum hour that a lecturer could teach like 10 hours a week sometime less. But I think every one agrees that teaching is different and no one should expect 30 hours per week teaching in university to call it a full-time work.

The faculty agreed to give me an official letter that I worked there as a lecturer and include 35 hours per work in the letter for all the responsibilities that a lecturer has beside teaching like grading and etc.

So my question is: Will this letter be good enough for my foreign work experience without any problem. Should I attach the contract forms to this letter or not (since the teaching hours in the contracts are lower than working hours mentioned in the letter)

Reference letter on University/College letterhead mentioning your work hours as 35 hours per week is excellent. If you can also add salary per annum, that will be nothing like anything.
