I know of a friend who managed to use his military service as part of his work experience. I think if you want to use it, you first need to ensure that your role in the military falls under NOC 0, A or B, and that you'll be able to provide proof of work, either through a reference letter or otherwise

Really depends if this was a military career or forced military service for a short period of time.

Yes u can use the military experience as foreign work experience , but only if your job falls into the category a b or 0
