I was working for a company in Pakistan remotely for 1 year. 4.5 month of the duration of that time I was in Pakistan and I was in Canada for the rest of it (PGWP). My companies usual setup was remote. I entered pool by claiming 1 year of foreign experience and got an invite to apply for PR. Can I claim Foreign 1 year experience points for this? I have Bank statement, pay slips and Pakistan tax filling. I also declared that earning in my Canadian tax filling as well. I can decline the invite and apply again once I have 1 year of Canadian experience but that will take like 12 more months. What would be the best course of action for me?
