My Spouse came here as refugee and he was rejected but we been together since last 2016 February till now, I was married and my ex husband was deported I already filed the Divorce just waiting for the official Divorce certificate so we can get married but We thought we still have time it was by a surprise that they ordered him a removal before prra, I'm 3 months pregnant and I really think if he gone life will be a lil bit tough. Is common law Sponsorship worth it or not? Please help and sorry my poor English

you must consult some top level immigration attorney. It looks a like Humanitarian and Compassionate basis case.

Have you lived together at least 1 continuous year?

If yes, and you have evidence of the cohabitation, then you don't need to wait to get married. Just apply now as common-law, and hopefully CBSA is lenient and defers his removal. Note that even submitting an inland PR app doesn't guarantee CBSA won't move to deport him, each case is different.

Yes we do have enough proofs, do I have to hire a lawyer or do it myself since I'm already done with all documents already?
