Do the state police certificates really help??
If you lived in the US before applying for In Canada PR you may need State Police Certificates for every state in the US that you have lived.
I sent a state clearance for the state I was residing in just before coming to Canada. I have no idea if they would've asked for it or not, but I did send it.
