I have been working in Canada for the last 6 years on NOC A job. I am trying to language score but unfortunately, I am always sorted on one module R9,L9,W7 and S6 CELPIP score. With this score, I am not able to create an express entry profile, since I am not meeting the minimum criteria for express entry profile. is anyone knows another way to file PR application in this situation ?
