Hi,

I am on Open Work Permit and I completed 1year as a contractor for ABC Company and they given offer letters and pay stubs for all the period i worked. Initially my contract was provided from January - April, then extended from May - September and then another extension from November - April. For this reason, I have 3 offer letters for one year experience.

Now my question is that, what can I answer for the question in EE Aplication --> Under Intended work in Canada -->

" Does you have a job offer in Canada?
The offer must:
be for full-time, non-seasonal and permanent work
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) "

I would like to check with you that how this type of jobs are considered in EE Application :'( ?

Thanks in advance !!!

First of all Intended work section is actually a job offer that is supported by LMIA or job that offer for a work permit that doesn't require LMIA (ICT for example). You are already working there and your job should be mentioned under work history.

As per 3 offer letters, I guess it's better to ask employer one letter which summarizes your start date and end date and new changes will accept contract experience as well if it's a year or more.

Thank you for the responses.

Yes, I included my work experience in the work history tab. I'll check with my employer whether they will provide such summarized letter or not.

Since I have continuous work with the same employer from January to December, I don't think there is any problem to accept this work experience as 1yr experience in CANADA....

there is no problem but you still need one letter saying it was continues.
