avishek can you explain my one query? coz u have already crossed that stage. while we are submitting full application to new delhi, do you think that we have to submit ASSESSMENT LETTER also? in some website, i have seen that, the agent says, WE WILL PREPARE 8-15 PAGES ASSESSEMENT LETTER on the basic of legal background so that it will be problem for the visa officer to reject the file. is it right? have u written such explanation?
Sharmila,
I submitted no such document
I submitted the total point calculations as part of cover letter. Just to ensure VO realizes that I am qualified for approval.
Hi
I am planning to apply for FSW PR from New Delhi. Wanted to know that is it reallly useful hiring agents like WWICS etc for getting the entire process done or one should do it himself.
How did you go about it.
Looking for your response.
Thanks
Ashish
ashish,
i used an agent in delhi and was made a big fool.
i then used a immi lawyer from canada. that has really worked out
regards

avishek.. can i know one thing? we have to submit PCC, when we have to submit full application to visa office. now you crossed that stage without pcc. visa office specific forms also includes checklist for pcc. why you are submitting pcc now?
Sharmila,
I had submitted my PCC ( INDIA ) alongwith my full application.
When ND asked my for medicals, passports and Landing fees, they again asked for the PCC.
I had got extra copy of the PCC, so I sent it again
