Hi
My friend is in detention in uk for a few days and I want to know that should he apply for asylum there ?what are the chances of getting asylum ?and if he fails to get that can he go for Australia or canda as a dependent of his wife?
Please give suitabless suggestions .
And does rejection of asylum application has a bad impact on the visa application? ?

You can't expect people to respond in a minute. If you want that kind of turn-around time - you need to hire a lawyer.

You need to post your UK-related questions to a UK immigration forum. This is a Canadian immigration forum and we can't help you with those questions. Same goes for your questions regarding the Australian immigration system.

It's not clear what you are referring to when you ask about coming to Canada as a dependent of his wife. If you're referring to a work permit or study permit - then a failed asylum claim will be a problem and he will almost certainly be refused a visa to Canada. If you're talking about a immigration (PR) application, then provided he is 100% honest about his immigration history, the failed asylum claim shouldn't be an issue.

Hoe much it will cost to apply for the Canadian immigration (PR ) and what are the chances of its success? Thanks

It will likely cost $2,000 to $3,000 for an economic PR application (once you factor in fees, medical, PCCs, ECA, language test). You'll also most likely need to have around $16,000 in savings to establish yourselves in Canada once you arrive.

It's impossible to comment on the chances of success. You'll need to dedicate time researching Canada's immigration programs to understand what the requirements are and what it takes to apply.
