Hi,
I would like to know for an IT professional which would be the best city or province to settle in on Landing 1st time in Canada ?

Weather is a concern for me(too much cold is not something i can put up with with like -35 degrees for instance) and so is the job market as well as living expenses.

Also, safety is also an important criterion as i am a single female who would be traveling alone.

I am confused between Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
