Dear All,


I need a advice on getting finalizing my ticket. I will be traveling from Emirates Airline from Dubai to Seattle and then Victoria, My university is in Victoria, Do i need to explain about my student visa in Seattle to the officers, will there be an issue although i have a US visit visa stamped on my passport but i wonder what if they stop me from moving ahead, and can i get the study permit issued at the airport in Victoria or do i need to go to Bigger city like Vancouver airport.

Please Advice.
