Flemming college requirements

Hie everyone one of my friend just gave his ielts exam 3rd time but unfortunately he scored 5.5 as a over all band but i heard from someone in the group stating that flemming college allows students with 5.5 overall bands.
His academics are 3 years diploma in computer engg in 2014 from punjab .

Even i know embassy doesn't allow student below 6 bands for undergrad students but still out of luck is it possible that he can get a offer letter and approval from embassy in spp.

Hi akash. Bro, i dnt really think ur friend would b able to get his visa bcz spp colleges ask fr 6.0 band overall fr post grad and 5.5 in undergrad application. But these requirements are more of a high commission requirements bcz they dnt want students studying courses in english yet unable to understnd it... U cn just try it out. Wish u gud luck. Nd do update forum once u get results.
