I am a permanent resident in Canada. My mom, a US citizen at present residing in Canada, has received her COPR document. We want to go to Niagara Falls to complete the landing process. I do not have a US visa. Can I accompany her to Canada-US border for flagpolling and return to Canadian border to complete the landing process. Please respond. Thanks.
