I have a USA Visa, do I still have to flagpole?
Also, my destination on the COPR says Edmonton but I intend going to the North portal in Estevan Saskatchewan to land since I am in Saskatoon. Does it matter?
If you choose to enter with the visa, you'll be subjected to the interview, that's all.
The CBP officer offered me the chance to flagpole (she even specifically used that word), but I insisted on entering with my US visa.
The POE doesn't have to match what's in your COPR.
