Flagpoling for Study permit

Hi,

I applied for study permit from Pakistan and after applying I came to Canada on Visit, now I received my study permit passport request, I have 2 question:

1- Can I apply for sticker from with in canada?
2- Can I do flagpoling to receive my study permit?

Or I must have to leave for Pakistan?

1 - You cannot get the passport stamp from within Canada. You need to send your passport to the visa office outside of Canada to receive the study permit.
2 - No.
