Flagpoling for study permit extension

Hey i applied for my study permit extension on may 13th 2017 online but i have booked tickets to backhome india for 26th july till 30th august..can i flagpole and get the study permit extended before i go to be on the safer side??is flagpoling possible if i already applied online?i am worried if they issue study permits too by flagpoiling or no?please reply
