Hi all, I am on closed WP and have applied for Inland Express Entry under CEC a long long time ago (17 months now). Recently I applied for BoWP to be able to switch job.
I receveid the letter of confirmation which also states "This extended period of work is authorized as per paragraph 186(u) of the IRPR (Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations) until a decision is made. If you leave Canada before a decision is made on your application, you will no longer be authorized to continue working.".
I want to ask that does it mean that if I try to do flagpole to get my BoWP, I will loose my closed WP as well?
Generally speaking, does flagpoling actually works to get the BoWP?
