Hello!
We are going to be flagpoling at Niagara Rainbow Bridge next week to activate my partner's PR, we are just waiting to get the COPR from Ottawa (we sent in the PR pictures, photocopy of passport, and annex a few days ago)
Can we go to cross the border at any time of day? Or does it have to be during business hours?
Also, what is the turn around time usually to get COPR once the passport photocopies, pics, and annex has been sent in? It was received in Ottawa Friday morning. His medical check expires on December 14, so when CIC called us to inform us that he got accepted for COPR they said it was an urgent processing case.
Thanks in advance!
