So when did you become common-law with one year of proven, continuously living together? When did you get your permit, and when you got your permit you listed yourself as common-law?

In one of her visit we had a common law paper in my country cause i added her in my local country health insurance and it was required, we havent been living together continiously but she been traveling back and forth, This is why im asking for the best recommendation to get it done.

So how are you eligible for SOWP if you don’t meet common-law requirements? Common-law is proving that you have lived together continuously for at least one year. Once you are married, your are eligible or once you have lived together for at least a year whichever is first.
Thank you for your quick response, Question, i got a friend who is currently out of status in canada since over stayed his visa, he asked me to ask you, if he marry a temporary resident or citizen , can him get his status back? to get become legal again.
It seems like you have been trying to come to Canada for a while and have at least one or two refusals for WP/Visitors.
You need to reassess and choose the right path if you want to move here permanently. That's my observation.

Your Observation is respectfully Wrong on your statement, i never been denied a visa in fact i got 10 years visa and i was there recently in April, never ever have applied for WP this is going to be first time.

Your posts from earlier this year tell a different story. Anyways, I'm just saying you need to apply for the right program to achieve your long term goal, whatever it is. Good luck

Yeah i had the same declined reason when i applied back on Nov, my fiance is on a work permit there, she invited to pass a week together due to our anniversary and i was declined because of the same reason, however i never added any of my kids birth certificate, vehicle registration, along with job and college letter to show strong ties to CAD also we change the purpose of trip on this time since her birthday is coming in April.
