Flagpoling and Visitors Visa

Hi,

I am planning to apply for work permitthis weekend via flagpoling at the 1000 Island.

1. Any advice with flagpoling at 1000 Island? pls share.

2. I currently have a 10 years multiple entry visitors visa and while my spouse study permit expires in August 2023 - would the work permit if issued invalidate my visitors visa?

Did you do the flagpoling. Does it require to attempt to enter the United States or not

Unless this person is from a visa exempt they don’t qualify to flagpole.
