hello,everyone.

I have a question and I dunno hw I can answer.
I flagpoled and got my PGWP, and I got a letter said"refused admission into the U.S".(there are two subjects: 1)refused admission into the U.S. 2)refused admission and paroled into the U.S)

Now, I want to apply the PR, and I am asked "have you ever been refused admission, or ordered to leave Canada or other country?"
How can I answer?
anyone has the same experience as me?
I saw some posted said that is administrative refusal, but I didnt see "administrative refusal" in the letter.
Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot.

You got a letter mailed to your house? Or, are you referring to the yellow paper they give you at the border.

The paper they gave me at the border. However, the paper is not yellow. It is white.
And there are two subjects in the letter: 1)refused admission into the U.S. 2)refused admission and paroled into the U.S
they check the 1)refused admission into the U.S.

Yellow/white same thing. That's just administrative refusal, you are fine to ignore this. It's not a real refusal.
