My question today is regarding the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
1. My friend, a German national was offered a Job as a Cook at a remote village in Newfoundland 1 month ago.
2. Her employer is Designated and she was recently Endorsed by the province of Newfoundland and Labrador as well with all formalities completed.
*Work Permit
The summer is about to begin and her employer wants her to start ASAP. Since she is currently in Canada and was offered a Temporary Work Permit by her employer can she apply for it at the border with a Flagpole?
