Guys, quick question on Flag-Polling. If I live in Toronto, which is the best border to go to get this done I know Rainbow Bridge/Niagara Falls is a hassle. I dont mind driving for 3-4 hours to go anywhere else.

Also, will I have to enter USA and then come back in to Canada or I just have to go on the Canadian side and speak to the officer (as I am thinking I might need a US Visa). Appreciate the inputs of people who have done this. Thanks.
 
I did my flagpolling last night at rainbow bridge (21st Nov 2017). I went there at 8 PM on a Tuesday night, the process was very quick. Border was fairly quite. I was in an out of US and Canadian border with my landing paper in half an hour
