Hey Folks, question on behalf of my friend.
Do they still allow flag polling at Carway border ? I did mine at Carway 6-7 years ago so was suggesting him to do the same, but not sure if they have changed the rules.

Anyone recently did it at Carway ? I don't want to drive him to Coutt's
