Hi everyone, I am going to be driving my friend to the Champlain/Lacolle border to land in the next few days. I don't have a US visa, would this cause any problems? Or is it OK? Would I drive through to the US side and let them know that we are flag poling? Just want to get all the correct information, so I don't cause myself or my friend any problems at the border.
It would be just fine as long as keep in the "Return to Canada" lane before you drive to the US customs booth.

Thanks, All went well. I called the border and talked to an Agent. He said I could wait in the parking lot on the left side of the border. That is what I ended up doing. For anyone wondering, Right at the border there is a stop sign, you turn left and there is a parking lot that you can wait for your friend/family to complete their flag poling.
Hi Kishari,
I will be driving my daughters to activate their CoPR, since I just landed and do not have PR card yet, can I do the same thing that you did 10 years ago ? Did you also cross the Canadian border ?
