Flag-poling Process at Niagara border (no US Visa)

Hi There,

I am in Toronto, and got COPR on this friday. can someone please help me how to get the landing papers. i heard that we can do the flagpoling at Niagara border but not sure how exactly the process is. please help me out of below questions.
* I am on implied status, what documents do i need when i go for landing process.
* I don't have US visa, Can i do the Flagpoling at Niagara, please explain how to do.

Please guide me if there is any other process.

One of my friends did landing process at the Sarnia bridge. we went last Saturday there. no rush it took him around 30 min in total. he doesn't have US visa.
