Flag Pole or bridging visa?

Hi all,

I am in Canada with a Working Holiday Visa that is expiring in 3 months. Currently, I am working for a company in Vancouver

I sent all the documents for the express entry 1 month ago, so technically I should hear back in 5 months max. I am also nominated by British Columbia Express Entry (PNP - Express Entry)
My question is... should I apply for a briding visa ( I have some travel arrangements that I will cancel) until my express entry is resolved or should I go to the border and do a flag pole?
The Working Holiday Visa cannot be extended so that is not an option.

I think you have to apply for implied status. I am not sure though
