My spouse was the principal applicant and we landed as Permanent Resident through the federal skilled program in 2013. Unfortunately, we had divorce in Canada. Can i sponsor someone In case i get married back home?

Does this five-year spousal sponsorship ban apply in my case?

Because i did not come here on spouse sponsor visa catagory.
