first time to apply Post-graducation work permit

I just graduated from a college. I am confusing about how to fill the application form.

Because i am a first-time applicant. My major is accounting. I want to apply on line in CIC.

A work permit with the same employer
A work permit with a new employer
Restoration of temporary resident status as a worker
Initial temporary resident permit or extension of temporary resident permit

Which one should I choose?? How about the job titile and the duration of expected employment?
