I am a first time MSP applicant and i am struggling with the application.
I have had PR since 2013, i have been out of Canada for almost the full 5 years.
I re entered a few weeks ago planing on staying my 2/5 years so i can get a new card and officially move here.
As i am new to Canada i have been getting everything set up like SIN, bank job etc but i am struggling with the MSP application as once you state you are a PR you have to declear all time spent outside of Canada.
I am worried about this as I've not spent any time. I received PR due to my parents immigrating but they moved back to Ireland and divorced so thats why I've not spent any time here.

Any advice? am i able to apply for MSP ? will they pick me out as I've spent no time here?

You can apply. You will not be denied coverage because of your absence, nor will "they pick you out".

Hi, I am in the same situation as you. Did you get the MSP?
