First name / last name while creating express entry profile

Hi all,
I am in process of creating express entry profile. On my passport, I only have given name ( no family name or surname).

while completing details in EE profile, both first name & last name are showing to be mandatory.
What should I fill in the first & last names ?

I already searched that, but while filling details, there is a page where we have to enter our first & last name ;; and both these fields are mandatory to fill ??

Enter all.you given name on the surname field and leave the given name field blank.
Do not enter NA,not applicable

Well I put my annual salary for that question,
And provided my t4 .latest pay stub, bank deposit details ans and loe.that says I am an cec category applicant.

No, I am just creating my EE profile. I got IELTS result yesterday, my CRS points are 473. Therefore, I am in process of creating EE profile. While profile creation, this question is asked.
