First name in EE profile

In the EE profile, it only asks for Last name/surname and first/given name, should middle name be included in the first name?

There is no mention about middle name.

Let me give a specific example. In the Philippine passport, there are 3 fields: Last name, Given Name, Middle Name

My question now is, if we follow the barcode info, which is only the Last name and First name, then where should we enter the Middle name?

I'm not 100% sure.. It either goes in the Given names(s) field or doesn't get written at all.

Edit: I also noticed on all my visitor visas that they have a barcode (schengen and Canada) which follows the same barcode name structure.. Therefore I would say that you shouldn't bother with the middle name at all.

Finally, we are on the same page. I didn't write my middle name in my EE profile but my IELTS TRF includes my middle name that's why I got this question.

Hopefully those with middle name in their passports give their feedbacks. I understand most passports only have Last Name and Given Name fields.

Mine has 5 names lol.. No fields mentioned anywhere. Check my updated post.
