In that case it's not advisable. Since you applied through Express Entry, you are supposed to be settling outside of Quebec. If your first point of entry to Canada was Quebec and the you had an onward flight to another province in Canada, then it would be OK to land in Quebec. However if you plan to leave Canada the same day, attempting to land in Quebec could potentially cause problems for the landing process. Best / safest option is to purchase a flight that arrives in a city that is not in Quebec (e.g. Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary).
